Healy <br />This is to inform the general public that the City of Santa Ana proposes to adopt a <br />Negative Declaration for the following project: <br />Project Title: Crazy Horse Square <br />Project Description: The proposed project consists of the following: <br />The proposed project would require a zoning ordinance amendment (ZOA) to amend the provisions of <br />Specific Development No. 8 to create a third project area (Area III) that would allow the development of <br />20,154 square feet of retail and food uses on the project site; and Site Plan Review (SPR) approval to <br />construct the project within a specific development zone (SD-8). Three separate parcels will be <br />consolidated into one parcel and three new buildings would be constructed on the site.
