• Prior to issuance of grading permits, the project developer <br />shall submit and have approved a surface drainage/utility <br />plan that depicts all applicable Site Design, Structural <br />Source Control and Treatment Control Best Management <br />Practices in accordance with the Orange County Drainage <br />Area Management Plan and the City of Santa Ana Local <br />Implementation Plan. <br />• Provide two copies of the Water Quality Management Plan <br />that would include the following: <br />a. Site Assessment <br />b. Site design Best Management Practices (BMP) <br />c. Applicable Routine Source Control BMP <br />d. Selecting and sizing the Treatment Control BMP <br />e. Mechanisms by which funding for long-term operation <br />and maintenance of all structural BMP will be provided <br />f. Operation and Maintenance Plan to describe the long- <br />term operation and maintenance requirements of all <br />applicable structural BMP and to identify the entity <br />in charge of implementation <br />• Building plans for the proposed project shall reflect that <br />all restaurant uses be fitted with a grease interceptor to <br />the size and capacity as designated by the Building Safety <br />Division of the City of Santa Ana to mitigate impacts on <br />the local sanitary sewer system and regional water quality. <br />Such grease interceptor shall be regularly maintained so as <br />to remain fully functional. <br />• The proposed project would be subject to City of Santa Ana <br />Federal Clean Water Protection Enterprise Fees. <br />B. Substantially deplete groundwater supplies or interfere <br />substantially with groundwater recharge such that there <br />would be a net deficit in aquifer volume or a lowering of <br />the local groundwater table level. <br />No Impact <br />The proposed project would not interfere with ground water <br />recharge because the project area is not located in an area that <br />is known to recharge the ground water system.
