All others are evaluated using the Intersection Capacity Utilization (ICU) method. <br />Traffic Impacts 2025 General Plan Build Out Condition <br />Project traffic was added to the 2025 General Plan Build-out <br />Condition traffic volumes, and the study intersections were re- <br />analyzed. The intersection analysis results are summarized in <br />Table 6. As shown in Table 6 with the addition of project- <br />related traffic, all study intersections would continue to <br />operate at an acceptable Level of Service in both peak hours. <br />The project would not generate a significant impact, and no off- <br />site mitigation of project impacts would be required for the <br />project . <br />35 <br />75~-~65 <br />
