<br />INSURI,Nc[ UN FILE <br />WORK MAY I'ROCEEO <br />UNIIL INSURI,NCE EXPIRES <br />7-I-ob <br />CLERK OF COUNCil <br />OATE:"_,~" <br /> <br />A-2006-053 <br /> <br />FOURTH AMENDMENT TO <br />SERVICE AGREEMENT <br /> <br />0: Pi) (I) <br />FiSCM.- <br /> <br />THIS FOURTH AMENDMENT TO SERVICE AGREEMENT is entered into on <br />March 20, 2006, by and between Motorola, Inc, ("Motorola") and the City of Santa Ana, <br />a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />A, The parties entered into Agreement No, A 2002-038, dated April 1,2002, (hereinafter <br />"said Agreement") by which Motorola has provided maintenance and repair service <br />for City's police radio modems and vehicle radio network controller. <br /> <br />B, The parties wish to renew said Agreement for an additional one-year period with the <br />same terms and conditions as described therein. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective promises, and <br />subject to the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />I. Motorola and City agree to renew said Agreement for one year, beginning April I, <br />2006 and ending March 3 I, 2007, <br /> <br />2, Motorola shall continue to perform those services and accept payment as set forth in <br />said Agreement.
