MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />DECEMBER 17, 1993 <br /> <br />At 7:45 p.m., Councilmembers gathered at the home of Mayor Pro Tem Miguel Pulido at <br />1413 S. Garnsey Street for the annual Council Christmas dinner. Councilmembers present <br />were Mayor Dan Young, Mayor Pro Tem Miguel A. Pulido, and Councilmembers Patricia <br />A. McGuigan, Ted R Moreno, and Tom Lutz. Councilmember Lisa Mills joined the group <br />at 9:40 p.m. Councilmember Robert L. Richardson was absent. <br /> <br />Also present were City Manager David N. Ream, City Attorney Edward J. Cooper, and <br />Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy, as well as the respective spouses of the Councilmembers <br />and Council appointees. <br /> <br />All present shared in a potluck dinner and Christmas festivities. No actions were taken by <br />the Council other than the universal wishing of a "Merry Christmas" to one and all. <br /> <br />At 11:43 p.m. the City Attorney and Clerk of the Council left the party. The Clerk <br />requested the City Manager to assume further recording responsibility in her absence. <br /> <br />Per the City Manager, the City Council adjourned at 11:50 p.m. <br /> <br />Janice C.
