An important aspect of <br />the maintenance is the cleaning of concrete areas with high pedestrian and <br />vehicle traffic. <br /> <br />On May 3, 2004, the City Council awarded a contract to Superior <br />Services, Inc. for a two-year period with provision for two, <br />renewals, The vendor has performed satisfactorily during the past <br />period and has agreed to renew the contract without an increase in <br />Staff recommends the first renewal of the contract. <br /> <br />Property <br />one-year <br />contract <br />pricing. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />Funds are available in the Police Building & Facilities Other Contractual <br />Services account (account no. 11-350-6291). <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FUNDS AND ACCOUNTS: <br /> <br />" <br />\ ,\ <br />~1/~v,-' l (JvL <br /> <br />Paul M.
