PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />75.A. <br /> <br />UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT 30 <br /> <br />Proposal to convert existing overhead utility lines to an underground system in the area <br />bounded by Sixth Street, Shelton Street, Civic Center Drive and Flower Street <br /> <br />Legal Notice mailed December 22, 1993 <br /> <br />The Mayor opened the public hearing regarding Underground Utility District 30 at 6:50 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation of staff report and staff comments by Public Works Agency Associate Engineer <br />David Niknafs <br /> <br />Presentation of written communications by Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy.'
