<br />Agreement with Houston Harris <br />PCS, Inc. <br />July 3, 2006 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Houston Harris has agreed to continue to provide video and sewer line <br />cleaning services at the current contract prices. Based upon the <br />excellent service provided, staff recommends that the current agreement <br />with Houston Harris be amended for a two-year term extension. The annual <br />contract not to exceed amount will remain at $300,000 for each of the two <br />additional years.
