(HCSI) to retrieve unattended shopping carts throughout the <br />City. The term of the agreement allows for extensions based on the <br />performance of the contractor. Since HCSI has consistently performed <br />cart retrieval services according to the terms of the agreement and has <br />agreed to accept the existing terms and conditions at no additional <br />costs, staff recommends that a one-year extension with four additional <br />extensions be approved. <br /> <br />ENVXRONMENTAL XMPACT <br /> <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br /> <br />FXSCAL XMPACT <br /> <br />Funds are available in the Environmental Sanitation activity (account no. <br />6B-632-6291) . <br /> <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FUNDS AND ACCOUNTS: <br /> <br />Jagtes G.
