The Planning Commission added a condition to <br />require additional landscaping materials be provided along the south <br />property line abutting the mobile home park to the recommended conditions <br />of approval outlined in the attached staff report (Exhibit A) . <br /> <br />FXSCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br /> <br /> <br />.
