Coloma <br /> <br />Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy noted that two written communications in opposition to <br />the proposed tax increase had been received in addition to those listed in the Agenda: one <br />from the Apartment Association of Orange County and the other from Santa Ana Merge <br />Society of Neighbors.
