INSURANCE ON FILE <br />WORKlMYPROCEED <br />UNTIL INSURANCE EXPIRES <br />CLERK OF CIXINCIL <br />DATE: 7-//'0 6 <br />0: FMsA C3) CF 4uMe'w <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO <br />CONSULTANT AGREEMENT <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO CONSUL'1'AN'1' AGREEMFN"F, is entered <br />into on June 30, ?006, by and between Bond Logistix, LLC, a limited liability <br />corporation ("Consultant") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation of the State of California ("City"). <br />RECITALS: <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement N-2006-045 dated May 1, 2006, (hereinafter <br />"said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided financial analysis services. <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />renew said Agreement for an additional one-year period. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and <br />subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this <br />First Amendment to Consultant Agreement, the parties ague as follows: <br />1. Section 3, TERM, shall he amended to extend the term for an additional one-year <br />period, through June 30,2007. <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />2.
