PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />Sean Mill urged the Council to discontinue the City's lawsuit against 5-Star Rubbish. <br />Councilmember Moreno requested that his opposition to the lawsuit be included in the public <br />record. <br />Mayor Young acknowledged receipt of a written communication from Margaret Farris. <br />Jeff Hamilton expressed concern regarding the City's alarm system fees and regulations. <br />Councilmember Mills noted that the Council would consider possible recision of the City's <br />alarm ordinance at the May 16, 1994 Council meeting. <br />Madeline Arakelian expressed concern regarding the City's recycling regulations and <br />requested to meet with the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />90.13. CITY COUNCIL COMMENTS <br />Councilmember Lutz noted that the Clark Dye Hardware located on south Main Street had <br />been featured in the recent Sunset Magazine article "Good Old Hardware Stores." <br />Councilmember Richardson: <br />- requested staff prepare a report on the results of the Proactive Rental Enforcement <br />Program in the Heninger Park and French Court neighborhoods; <br />- thanked all staff members who had provided support to him in the campaign to enact <br />SB 1477 on residential overcrowding; and <br />- asked staff to contact the appropriate parties to clean up the debris on the area <br />adjacent to Penn Way by 17th Street and Santiago, and the Sears site on south Main <br />Street. <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 104 APRIL 18, 1994 <br />
