The entitlements allow three 25-story residential towers, a 279- <br />unit mid-rise residential project, a five-story condominium/office <br />building and about 14,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. <br /> <br />In conjunction with this project, Nexus has been preparing a marketing <br />and branding program for the Hut ton Centre and MacArthur Place areas. <br />After considering several alternatives, Nexus is proposing to brand the <br />Hutton Centre district "MacArthur Place," effectively joining both sides <br />of MacArthur Boulevard into one major development area. Included in the <br />branding program is a request to rename three existing streets. <br />Pursuant to Sections 33-5 through 33-8 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, <br />public streets may be renamed if the new name assists in identifying a <br />distinct development area. <br /> <br />The first street segment, located north of MacArthur Boulevard within <br />MacArthur Place, is currently identified as Imperial Promenade. This <br />segment is proposed to be changed to MacArthur Place. One building, the <br />Austin Building (at 3 Imperial Promenade) will require a change of <br />address. The second segment, located south of MacArthur Boulevard and <br />north of Sandpointe Avenue, is currently known as Hutton Centre Drive. <br />This segment is proposed to be changed to MacArthur Place (Exhibit 1). <br />No building addresses are located on this street segment. Finally, the <br />third street name proposed to be changed is Hutton Centre Loop, which is <br />proposed to be changed to Hutton Drive. <br />EXHIBIT A <br />39A-2 <br />
