Approve. <br /> McFadden Avenue Realignment Plan <br /> 2. Adopt resolution. <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION 94-020 - A resolution of the City Council of the City of Santa <br /> Ana certifying a final environmental impact report for the McFadden Avenue <br /> Realignment Project, making certain finding with regard to the environmental <br /> effects of that project, and adopting a mitigation monitoring program for that <br /> project - Public Works Agency <br /> <br /> 3. Approve. <br /> <br /> Three recommended implementation strategies for the Realignment Plan: <br /> <br /> a) Set aside $100,000 from the Project Fund to cover mitigation measures <br /> resulting from the Wilshire Square Neighborhood traffic protection plan; <br /> <br /> b) Establish a permit parking district for streets in the vicinity of Lathrop <br /> Intermediate to mitigate the project's traffic impact on residents; and <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 124 MAY 16, 1994 <br /> <br /> <br />
