PUBLIC HEARINGS Motion: 1. Place ordinance on first reading and authorize publication of title. 75.C.1. ORDINANCE NS-2225 - An ordinance of the City of Santa Ana appropriating monies to the several offices, agencies and departments of the City for Fiscal Year commencing July 1, 1994 - Finance and Management Services FILE BDGT 2. Adopt resolutions. 75.C.1 RESOLUTION 94-033 - A resolution of the City of Santa Ana to amend Resolution Nos. 82-110, 85-027 and 91-066 to effect certain changes to the City's Basic Classification and Compensation Plan, for officers and employees of the City of Santa Ana - Personnel Services FILE BK 75.C.2. RESOLUTION 94-034 - A resolution of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana establishing Sewer Connection Fees - Public Works Agency FILE FEES 75.C.3. RESOLUTION 94-035 - A resolution of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana to revise the water rates of the City of Santa Ana effective July 1, 1994 - Public Works Agency FILE FEES 75.C.4. RESOLUTION 94-036 - A resolution of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana establishing a uniform schedule of fees and repealing Resolution Number 93-048 - Finance and Management Services FILE FEES MOTION: Mills SECOND: Pulido Councilmember McGuigan offered the following amendments to the motion: - incorporate the reconstruction of McFadden Avenue from Flower Street to Main Street in the 1994-95 Capital Improvement Budget; - restructure the Alarm Fee by eliminating the fee for residential systems and reducing the fee for business systems from $30 to $25 per year; - eliminate the permit parking fee; - eliminate the proposed temporary library card fee; - retain the Police Cadet Program at the FY 93-94 staffing level; - maintain the pool admission charges at the current level; and - keep all available pools open seven days a week during the summer.
