RESOLUTION 94-036 - A resolution of the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana establishing a uniform schedule of fees and repealing Resolution Number <br />93-048 - Finance and Management Services FILE FEES <br />MOTION: Mills SECOND: Pulido <br />Councilmember McGuigan offered the following amendments to the motion: <br />- incorporate the reconstruction of McFadden Avenue from Flower Street to <br />Main Street in the 1994-95 Capital Improvement Budget; <br />- restructure the Alarm Fee by eliminating the fee for residential systems <br />and reducing the fee for business systems from $30 to $25 per year; <br />- eliminate the permit parking fee; <br />- eliminate the proposed temporary library card fee; <br />- retain the Police Cadet Program at the FY 93-94 staffing level; <br />- maintain the pool admission charges at the current level; and <br />- keep all available pools open seven days a week during the summer. <br />The Chair ruled the above amendments would be incorporated into the Motion. <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 160 JUNE 20, 1994 <br />
