Adopt resolutions. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 94-045 - A resolution of the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana amending the Land Use and Circulation Elements of the General Plan of <br />the City of Santa Ana to redesignate certain property on Baker Street, north of <br />Civic Center Drive from the Low Density Residential (LR) category to the <br />Professional and Administrative Offices (PAO) Category and to provide for the <br />closure of Baker Street North of Civic Center Drive (GPA 94-3) - Planning and <br />Building Agency <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 94-046 - A resolution of the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana providing for the closure to vehicular traffic of Baker Street immediately to <br />the North of Civic Center Drive by means of the installation of curbs and <br />sidewalks on Civic Center Drive at such location, and authorizing an agreement <br />with FHP, Inc. for the installation of such improvements - Planning and <br />Building Agency AGMT 94-085 <br /> <br />Approve and file Negative Declaration and place the following ordinance <br />on first reading and authorize publication of title. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NS-2229 - An ordinance of the City of Santa Ana rezoning <br />certain property on Baker Street, north of Civic Center Drive, from the RI <br />(Single-Family Residence) District to the SD (Specific Development) District <br />and amending Specific Development Plan No. 20, pertaining to The FHP Inc. <br />Development Project - Planning and Building Agency FILE AMAP <br /> <br />Find that the proposed subdivisions and the provisions for design and <br />improvements are consistent with the General Plan; and approve subject to <br />conditions in Planning Manager's report. <br /> <br />TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 93-211 to permit the consolidation of 20 existing <br />parcels and portions of Towner and Westwood Streets into one 3-acre <br />development parcel - Planning and Building Agency FILE PMAP <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 184 JULY 5, 1994 <br /> <br /> <br />
