HANCE NOT ON FILE <br />WORK MAY tm PROCEED <br /> <br />C~;: ~~~~~NCIL FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />O:fiII> PR:S G;l)(C.l'horop~Im) <br /> <br />fHIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into on May 15, <br />2006, by and between TriFyttsports, a sole proprietorship ("Consultane) and the City of <br />Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"). <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />A The parties entered into AgreementIlN-2006-032, dated August 15,2005, <br />(hereinalter "said Agreement") by which Consultant has instructed sports camps for <br />the City's Leisure Class program, <br /> <br />B. In accordance with thc tcrms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />rerre,,\' said Agreement for an additional one year period. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement. and <br />subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this <br />First Amendment Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1.
