<br />EXHIBIT A-I <br /> <br />SCOPE or SERVICES <br /> <br />Consultant shall teach sports skills classes for youth, ages 3-12, as follows: <br /> <br />I. Consultant will teach several sports camps. including: <br />. T-Ball Spurls Camp for ages 3-6 <br />. Co-cd Flag Football Camp for ages 6-12 <br />. Tiny Tots Basketball Skills lor ages 3-6 <br />. Basketball Skills Camp for ages 6-12 <br /> <br />Each participant shall pay a fee of $60.00 per camp. <br /> <br />Consultant shall set a schcdule of time and facility at which each camp will be conducted. <br />Consultant may, with the approval of City, adjust the schedule, based on the availability <br />of City's L1eilities. <br /> <br />Cunsultant shall, with the approval of City, dctcrmine which holidays will be ubserved. <br /> <br />Each class shall have fI minimum of 5 and a maximum of25, registered and paid <br />participants. <br /> <br />II' the minimum rcgistration has not becn rcached by the second day uf class/camp. the <br />class/camp may be eancelled by mutual agreement of Consultant and City, with no <br />compensation owed Consultant for an)' <.::ancelled class session. <br /> <br />FEliS <br /> <br />. No refunds will be made to participants after the second class unless the class is <br />cancellcd by the Parks, Recreation and Cummunity Services Agency. <br />. City shall colleet registration fees from each particip,ml. Consultant shall refer <br />interested students to City for registration. <br />. Consultant shall receive seventy percent (70%) of total fees collected for the <br />classes within fifteen (15) wurking days after completion of each class session <br />City shall retainlhirly percent (30%) of the fees collected. <br />. Consultant agrees that City shall be entitled to audit Consultant's records and <br />classes to ensure compliance with this Agreement and that all participants are <br />registl:red. <br />. Consultant may not waive class participation/registration fees. <br />. City shall prepare class rosters and provide a copy to Consultant. Only registered <br />participants. listed on roster, may participate in class. <br />
