or~uoo© <br />Production Agreement <br />This letter of agreement between City of Santa Ana ("CSA") and Post Modern Edit, LLC, <br />dba Post Modern Creative, LLC ("Post Modern") describes the professional services <br />associated with the production by Post Modern on behalf of CSA of one (1) x 3:00 <br />(approx) video to promote the city of Santa Ana. <br />Statement of Work: <br />Post Modern Creative will produce the video. Post Modern will be solely responsible for <br />and provide all pre-production, production and post-production services (including, <br />without limitation, creative sessions, location production, non-lineaz editorial, graphics, <br />narration and music) necessary to create the Project. <br />1). Post Modern will provide CSA a Digital Beta or Beta SP and four DVDs of the <br />fmal project. It is further understood by Post Modem that CSA will be responsible <br />for any additional DVD duplication or replication, packaging and packaging <br />artwork. <br />Production Schedule: <br />1). Please allow the following to serve as an anticipated pre-production, production <br /> <br />post-produc , <br />tion and delivery schedule. <br />a). Monday June 12, 2006 -Pre Production begins <br />b). Thursday June 15, 2006 -Tech scout at various locations in Santa Ana <br />c). Thursday June 22, 2006 -Location Production -Day 1 <br />d). Friday June 23, 2006 -Location Production -Day 2 <br />e). Saturday June 24, 2006 -Location Production -Day 2 (complete) <br />~. Monday June 26, 2006 -Post Production begins <br />g). Tuesday June 27, 2006 -Client review at Post Modern studios <br />h). Wednesday June 28, 2006 -Incorporate any final changes, finalize <br /> the video resolution (up-res), layoff final Digi Beta master <br />4 <br /> , <br />DVDs to CSA. <br />
