I <br />Interior Demolition <br />The demand for Tenant Improvements has increased with the building of so <br />many office buildings over the past ten years, while the home and building <br />remodeling market has remained as strong as ever. With this in mind, West <br />Coast Land Clearing has developed a specialized crew that concentrates <br />mainly on "soft demo". <br />Our "soft demo" crew consists of ten to fifteen men, three bobcat loaders with <br />attachments including concrete breakers, and two "rolloff' trucks. They are <br />experts at working in tight quarters and protecting existing improvements that <br />remain.
