These materials shall be <br /> <br /> <br />available for examination by AUTHORITY during regular business hours upon request. <br /> <br /> <br />O. Waiver- The waiver of a breach of any of the provisions of this Agreement by any Party <br /> <br /> <br />shall not constitute waiver or a waiver of any subsequent breach by any other Party of the same or <br /> <br /> <br />another provision of this Agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />P. Obliqations Comply with Law- Nothing herein shall be deemed nor construed to <br /> <br /> <br />authorize or require any Party to issue bonds, notes or other evidences of indebtedness under terms, in <br /> <br /> <br />amounts, or for purposes other than as authorized by local, State or Federal law. <br /> <br /> <br />Q. Governinq Law- The laws of the State of California and applicable Federal, State, local <br /> <br /> <br />laws, regulations and guidelines shall govern hereunder. <br /> <br /> <br />R.
