(d) "Maintenance Modifications" shall mean, with <br />respect to any Abbey Group Application, a <br />computer software change to correct an Error <br />in, and integrated into, such Abbey Group <br />Application, but that does not alter the <br />functionality of such Abbey Group Application <br />and that is provided to the City after the <br />City's acceptance of such Abbey Group <br />Application in accordance with the Statement <br />of Work. Maintenance Modifications are <br />provided at no additional cost during the <br />warranty period or any extended support <br />period. <br />(e) "Object Code" shall mean computer programs <br />assembled or compiled from Source Code in <br />magnetic or electronic binary form on <br />software media, which are readable and usable <br />by machines, but not generally readable by <br />humans without reverse-assembly, reverse- <br />compiling, or reverse-engineering. <br />(f) "Source Code" shall mean computer programs <br />written in higher-level programming <br />languages, sometimes accompanied by English <br />language comments. Source Code is <br />intelligible to trained programmers and may <br />be translated to Object Code for operation on <br />computer equipment through the process of <br />compiling. <br />(g) "Third-Party Products" shall mean all <br />software and hardware components specified in <br />the Project Deliverables and delivered by <br />Abbey Group under this Agreement for <br />integration into the System other than the <br />Abbey Group Applications. <br />(h) "Abbey Group Application" shall mean any <br />Abbey Group-supplied products, and all <br />modules corresponding thereto developed by <br />the Contractor and delivered to the City <br />under this Agreement and in accordance with <br />the As-Built Specifications relating thereto, <br />including all Maintenance Modifications <br />thereto, all Derivative Works thereof, and <br />all related Documentation. <br />Primary Agreement Page 5 <br />
