The city owns Delhi Park, located on the southwest corner <br /> <br />of Warner and Halladay Avenue (the "Park") as shown on the map <br /> <br />attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein. Delhi owns <br /> <br />certain real property located on the southwest corner of Central <br /> <br />and Halladay Avenue (the "Delhi Property"), which is more specifi- <br /> <br />cally described in Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein. The Delhi Property is presently improved with a building <br /> <br />in which the Delhi organization operates a community center. <br /> <br />B. The City proposes to expand and renovate the Park. As <br />part of this expansion and renovation of the Park, the City <br /> <br />proposes to construct a new community center in the Park (the "New <br /> <br />Community Center") . <br /> <br />C. Delhi needs more space than is available in its present <br /> <br />facility on the Delhi Property to accommodate the social service <br /> <br />program that it provides to the community. <br />D. Delhi is willing to assist in the construction of the New <br />Community Center, either by donating the Delhi Property to the City <br /> <br />1 <br />
