CHA Maintenance Company ("Contractor") and the <br />City of Santa Ana ("City"). <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement A-2004-003, dated March 15,2004, (hereinafter <br />"said Agreement") by which Contractor has provided litter control and maintenance <br />to the Downtown Santa Ana Business District. <br /> <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />extend the term of said Agreement for an additional one-year term. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and <br />subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this <br />Third Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Section 2.a, COMPENSATION, shall be amended to increase total compensation by <br />$162,000, to pay for services during the term from June I, 2006 through May 31, <br />2007, at the rates and charges set forth in said Agreement, as amended. <br /> <br />2.
