The parties entered into Consultant Agreement A-2000-064 dated April 17, 2000, <br />(hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided material testing and <br />construction inspection services. <br /> <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />extend the term of said Agreement for an additional one-year term and to amend the <br />Fee Schedule to comply with California prevailing wage requirements. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration ofthe covenants contained in said Agreement, and <br />subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this <br />Amendment to Consultant Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />I. Section 2, COMPENSATION, shall be amended by replacing the current Appendix <br />C, dated 7/1/03, with a new "Fee Schedule" dated 6/19/06, attached hereto as <br />Appendix C, and incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />2.
