Attachment A <br />FY05 HOMELAND SECURITY GRANT PROGRAM <br />Ii. APPLICATION KIT <br />SAAs must apply for FY05 HSGP funding through the online Grants Management <br />System (GMS) at https: / /grants.oip.usdoi gov /. Applications are available as of <br />December 2, 2004 and must be received by ODP no later than January 16, 2005. ODP <br />will respond within 15 days of receipt of a complete application. <br />These grants are through DHS's ODP. The program title listed in the Catalog of <br />Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) at http://12.46.245.173/cfda/cfda.html is "Office <br />for Domestic Preparedness Fiscal Year 2005 Homeland Security Grant Program." The <br />CFDA number for FY05 HSGP is 97.067. When completing the online application, <br />applicants should identify their submissions as new, non - construction applications. The <br />project period will be for a period not to exceed 30 months. To expedite the application <br />and award process, no budget information, except for the EMPG budget narrative, is <br />required to apply for this grant. Table 4 outlines the required application elements. <br />Table 4.
