Councilmember <br />Richardson was nominated for the position by Councilmember Mills, seconded by <br />Councilmember Lutz. <br /> <br />Motion: Close nominations for position of Mayor Pro Tem. <br /> <br />MOTION: McGuigan <br /> <br />VOTE: AYES: <br /> <br /> NOES: <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> SECOND: Mills <br /> <br />Espinoza, Lutz, McGuigan, Mills, Moreno, Pulido, <br />Richardson <br />None <br /> <br />Seeing no other candidates for the position of Mayor Pro Tem, Councilmember Richardson <br />was duly elected Mayor Pro Tem. <br /> <br />MAYOR'S REMARKS <br /> <br />Mayor Pulido indicated his intention to have an "open door" policy during his tenure as <br />Mayor, and initiated the policy by inviting all those in the audience to join him in the <br />Mayor's Office on the 8th Floor of City Hall before proceeding on to the Bowers Museum <br />for the incoming Council reception. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />301 November 29, 1994 <br /> <br /> <br />
