The Task Force <br />should be composed of fourteen persons, all registered voters of Santa <br />Ana, with each Councilmember appointing two members to the Task Force. <br /> <br />The Committee would lik" the Task Force to begin meeting by the first <br />week of October and complete its work before Thanksgiving. The deadline <br />for placing items on the Jun" 7006 Primary Election is February 21, 2006. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this Qction. <br /> <br />65B <br />
