In response to her statement regarding the American <br />Cancer Society's need for funds, Mayor Pulido noted such requests from community <br />organizations were normally handled through the Community Development Block Grant <br />budget process. <br /> <br />John Marczeski thanked Councilmember Lutz for support of his Student-Assisted Mortgage <br />loan application which had been placed in jeopardy due to of the Orange County bankruptcy. <br /> <br />90.B.
