This contract included maintenance f medians, neighborhood <br />monument/entry areas, water reservoir facilities and arterial sidewalk <br />areas citywide. <br /> <br />Staff solicited proposals for maintenance servic Eight proposals were <br />sent out and two firms submitted proposals. committee comprised of <br />Public Works Agency staff reviewed the proposals. Based on the above staff recommends a <br />three-year agreement with Midori Gardens with two optional one-year <br />extensions.
