The ballot title detailed in he adopted resolution for <br />the proposed amendments to Section 401 erroneously ailed to address that the <br />proposal established a 30 day residency requiremen for candidates for city <br />councilmember and mayor. <br /> <br />The amending resolution correctly identifies the bal <br />amendments to Charter Section 401.
