<br />B. adding the following pay designation "zz" to the list of special <br />compensation provisions: <br /> <br />"(zz) Incumbents in the classifications of Forensic Specialist I and <br />Forensic Specialist II, who are continuously and regularly assigned as a <br />Fingerprint Analyst, will be paid at a rate set five (5) salary rate ranges <br />(approximately 2,5%) above their then current base monthly salary step." <br /> <br />C. adding the following pay designation "aaa" to the list of special <br />compensation provisions: <br /> <br />"(aaa) Incumbents in the classification of Forensic Specialist II, who are <br />continuously and regularly assigned as a Fingerprint Training Officer, will <br />be paid at a rate set five (5) salary rate ranges (approximately 2.5%) <br />above their then current base monthly salary step." <br /> <br />Section 3: That except as amended by this Resolution, all other provisions of <br />Resolution No. 82-110 shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />Section 4: That except as stated otherwise above, this Resolution shall be <br />operative from and after September 1, 2006. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this _ day of August, 2006. <br /> <br />Miguel A.
