Cause a substantial adverse change in the significance of a <br />historical resource as defined in Section 15064.5? <br />B. Directly or indirectly disturb or destroy a unique <br />paleontogica1 resource or site? <br />D. Disturb any human remains, including those interred outside of <br />formal cemeteries. <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />According to the City's General Plan Land Use Element EIR, the <br />City of Santa Ana is known to contain known cultural resources. <br />Additionally, according to the General Plan Land Use Element EIR <br />there is high probability that unknown cultural resources may <br />exist in the City. Approval of the proposed amendment to the <br />Municipal Code to establish an ordinance for the regulation of <br />Big Box retail uses would not result in impacts to any cultural <br />resource, in that approval of the proposed ordinance would not <br />involve any activities that would disturb known or unknown <br />cultural resources. Through the conditional use permit process, <br />future Big Box retail uses implemented under the proposed <br />ordinance would be evaluated for potential impacts to known and <br />unknown cultural resources. <br /> <br />V. GEOLOGY/SOILS <br /> <br />A-l. Rupture of a known earthquake fault, as delineated on the <br />most recent Alquist-Priolo Earthquake Fault Zoning Map <br />issued by the State geologist for the area or based on <br />other substantial evidence of a known fault? <br />A-2. Strong Seismic Ground shaking? <br />A-3. Seismic-related ground failure, including liquefaction? <br />A-4. Landslides <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />According to the City's General plan Land Use Element EIR there <br />are no active earthquake faults, Alquist-Priolo Earthquake Zones <br />or landslides within the City.
