Approval <br />of the amendment to the Municipal Code to establish an ordinance <br />for the regulation of Big Box retail uses would not facilitate <br />development within areas impacted with aircraft noise. Through <br />the conditional use permit process, future Big Box retail uses <br />implemented under the proposed ordinance would be evaluated for <br />potential aircraft noise impacts and would be subject to the <br />City's noise standards. <br /> <br />XI. POPULATION/HOUSING <br /> <br />A. Induce substantial population growth in an area, either <br />directly or indirectly through extension of roads or other <br />infrastructure. <br />B. Displace substantial numbers of existing housing, <br />necessitating the construction of replacement housing <br />elsewhere. <br />C. Displace substantial numbers of people, necessitating the <br />construction of replacement housing elsewhere? <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />The proposed amendment to the Municipal Code to establish an <br />ordinance for the regulation of Big Box retail uses would not <br />induce substantial growth in the City or displace substantial <br />numbers of existing housing or population, in that approval of <br />the proposed ordinance would not involve any activities that <br />would generate additional population or displaces homes and/or <br />population. <br /> <br />XII. PUBLIC SERVICES <br /> <br />Fire Protection, Police protection, Schools, Parks, Other Public <br />Facilities <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />Approval of the proposed amendment to the Municipal Code to <br />establish an ordinance for the regulation of Big Box retail uses <br />would not increase the demand for additional public services <br /> <br />75&30 <br />
