For a project located within an airport land use plan or <br />where such a plan has not been adopted, within two miles <br />where a public airport or public use airport, would the <br />project result in a safety hazard for people residing or <br />working in the project area? <br />No Impact <br />According to the City's General Plan Land Use Element EIR and <br />the Orange County Airports Environs Land Use Plan, Santa Ana is <br />not located within any aircraft accident potential zones. <br />Additionally, there are no private airstrips in the City. <br />Therefore, approval of the proposed amendment to the Municipal <br />Code would not increase the potential for safety hazards for <br />people residing in or working within the City. <br />VII. HYDROLOGY/WATER QUALITY <br />A. Violate Regional Water Quality Control Board water quality <br />standards or waste discharge requirements? <br />E. Otherwise substantially degrade water quality? <br />2. Result in an increase in pollutant discharges to receiving <br />waters? <br />N. Tributary to an already impaired water body, as listed on <br />the Clean Water Act Section 303(d) list. Cause or contribute to an exceedance of applicable surface <br />or groundwater receiving water quality objectives or <br />degradation of beneficial uses? <br />No Impact <br />The City of Santa Ana is included within four watersheds; San <br />Diego Creek, Santa Ana River, Talbert and Westminster. Each of <br />these watershed areas are under the jurisdiction of the Santa <br />Ana Regional Water Quality Control Board and subject to the <br />objectives, water quality standards and Best Management Practice <br />requirements established in the Santa Ana River Basin Plan and <br />Orange County Drainage Area Management Plan. <br />75~;~4 <br />
