Approval <br />of the amendment to the Municipal Code to establish an ordinance <br />for the regulation of Big Box retail uses would not facilitate <br />development within areas impacted with aircraft noise. Through <br />the conditional use permit process, future Big Box retail uses <br />implemented under the proposed ordinance would be evaluated for <br />potential aircraft noise impacts and would be subject to the <br />City's noise standards. <br />X2. POPULATION/HOUSING <br />A. Induce substantial population growth in an area, either <br />directly or indirectly through extension of roads or other <br />infrastructure. <br />8.
