Award a contract to All American Asphalt, the lowest responsible <br />bidder, in accordance with unit bid prices i the estimated amount of <br />$742,742 for Main Street Rehabilitation fr m Eighteenth Street to <br />Buffalo Avenue. <br />2. Approve a Funding Analysis with a total estimated construction cost <br />of $928,400. <br />3.
