<br />- <br /> <br />Staff plans to advertise for bids in the next three weeks and hopes to <br />complete the project by the end of the year. <br /> <br />e) Nexus Entry Siqn Update - No update available. <br /> <br />f) Loft Survev Update - Nancy Edwards reported that the results of this <br />survey will be incorporated into an overall strategy. <br /> <br />g) Business Survev - Nancy Edwards reported that 800 surveys were <br />mailed out and only 31 responses were received. Copies were <br />provided to the Committee showing the results/comments. <br /> <br />h) Propertv Owner Survev - A draft of the 2006 Downtown Santa Ana <br />Property Owner Survey was provided to the Committee and staff <br />requested any comments/suggestions prior to the next meeting on July <br />6 <br /> <br />7. PUBLIC COMMENTS - Vincent Sarmiento, Counsel for Festival Hall, <br />reported that he had received good feedback following a meeting with the <br />Loft Owners Association Board President. They will be working together <br />on the issues. Mr. Sarmiento also mentioned that two additional security <br />guards have been added to patrol Festival Hall. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE MEMBER COMMENTS - <br /> <br />Committee Member Bist inquired about the sidewalk improvements and <br />the rebate program on South Main. Staff will report back at the next <br />meeting. <br /> <br />9. ITEMS FOR FUTURE MEETINGS- <br /> <br />South Main Public Improvements and South Main Rebate Program will be <br />added to the next agenda. <br /> <br />10.
