GUY, Clerk of the Council <br /> <br />WORK STUDY SESSION <br /> <br />Planning and Building Agency Executive Director Robyn Uptegraff reviewed the agenda for <br />the work study session. She indicated staff would conclude its presentation on the Noncon- <br />forming Code before beginning the discussion on Industrial Uses and Zoning, and the <br />meeting schedule for the remaining City Development sessions. Uptegraff distributed a <br />summary of the results of the Planning Commission's brain-storming session on development <br />goals, policies and processes. <br /> <br />NONCONFORMING CODE <br /> <br />Senior Planner Charles View distributed a list of city streets staff had designated major and <br />primary arterials in order to grant some relief from the Nonconforming Code to industrial <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL MlNUTES 50 FEBRUARY 23, 1995 <br /> <br /> <br />
