NO. 03-044) <br /> <br />/f\ <br />M' ' <br /> <br />tLt1Ja- <br /> <br />CITY MANAGER <br /> <br />CONTINUED TO <br /> <br />FILE NUMBER <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION <br /> <br />Renew the contract with Adelphia, Inc. d/b/a/ Chandler's Air Conditioning <br />and Refrigeration for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning <br />maintenance and repairs for a one-year period in an annual amount not to <br />exceed $190,000. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br /> <br />Various agencies throughout the City have heating, ventilation, and air <br />conditioning systems that require maintenance to ensure maximum efficiency <br />and operational reliability. The contract will provide service, <br />maintenance, parts and unit replacement as required. <br /> <br />On July 21, 2003, the City Council awarded a contract to Chandler's Air <br />Conditioning for a two-year period with provision for three, one-year <br />renewals.
