COMMENTS 90.A. PUBLIC COMMENTS Alberta Christy reported all legal barriers to the enforcement of the nude entertainment ordinance had been removed. She requested the City Council enforce the ordinance against Paddy Murphy's and encouraged the listening audience to support this action by calling the Council Support Office at 647-6900. Debbie McEwen expressed the appreciation of the French Park Neighborhood Association to City staff, particularly the Police Department, for assistance and excellent service to her neighborhood. Ed McKee reported the residents, property owners, apartment managers and Police Department had formed an alliance for improving the French Court Neighborhood. CITY COUNCIL COMMENTS Councilmember Espinoza commended the Police Department for its successful enforcement action against cruising on Bristol Street, noting 75 % of the offenders did not reside in Santa Ana. Councilmember Mills: suggested that outside agencies be included as part of the evaluation team when analyzing bids in the future; asked that the Environmental and Transportation Advisory Committee (ETAC) review traffic modifications (requested by neighborhoods) procedures for the time required and equity of application; and CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 95 APRIL 3, 1995
