A summary of the bid invitations and bids received is as <br />follows: <br /> <br />24 Invitations For Bid mailed <br />2 Invitations For Bid mailed to Santa Ana vendors <br />3 Bids received <br /> <br />Bids were received, opened on August 3, 2006, and evaluated (Exhibit 1). <br />The bids received from the recommended vendors are responsive to the <br />specifications and meet the City's requirements.
