Inc. <br />Name of Funded Program- Battered Women's Shelter <br />Annual Accomplishment Goal <br />I. Total number of un duplicated clients (Santa Ana and Non-Santa Ana Residents) anticipated to be served by <br />the funded program, named above, during the l2-month contract period. <br />201 PERSONS <br /> <br />II. Number of only unduplicated Santa Ana residents to be served by the funded program, named above, <br />during the l2-month contract period. <br />lLPERSONS <br /> <br />Program and Funding Description <br />III. Description of Work - In the space below, describe the program to be funded during the l2-month <br />contract period. <br />Human Options will provide 12 Santa Ana residents experiencing domestic violence in their home with a safe place to stay and <br />support services that will move them toward self-sufficiency, emotionally, economically and socially. Human Options Emergency <br />Shelter provides shelter and services for up to 45 days. During this time clients will receive assistance in obtaining permanent <br />housing, psychological counseling, employment counseling, nutritional counseling, transportation, job placement and childcare. <br /> <br />IV. Activities funded by this grant - How will ESG funds be used for the funded program? Narratively <br />describe the budget for the funded program illustrated in Exhibit B and B-1. <br />These funds will be used to support the Shelter Program Director's salary. The Program Director oversees the entire operation of the <br />shelter on a day-by-day basis. She interacts not only with the staff, but with every client. She supervises the staff and advises them <br />on any decisions made regarding each client.
