Description of Work — In the space below, describe the program to be funded during the 12-month <br />contract period. <br />The Kidprovisation program teaches improvisational comedy to schools in the SAUSD. The goal of the program is to teach the <br />students how "improv" can assist them in their daily lives along with enhancing their self-confidence and self-esteem. It also <br />encourages them to explore their abilities and talents and gives them an appreciation of the arts. <br />IV. Activities funded by this grant — How will CDBG funds be used for the funded program? Narratively <br />describe the budget for the funded program illustrated in Exhibit B and B-1. <br />The grant funds will be utilized to pay our inductors to teach at the schools. We also need to pay our administrative assistants to take <br />care of office work and our Executive Director to oversee the Kidprovisation program and instructors.
