Description of Outcome Tracking System: <br />Please describe your organization's outcome tracking system that will enable you to fulfill the outcome selected above. <br />Our Kidprovisation program uses the Classroom Service Report as our tracking system. This report is distributed by the city of Santa <br />Ana and given to the teachers and/or principals of each Santa Ana school to fill out. On each report they fill in the number of students <br />that were exposed to the fine arts and it is broken down by the race and ethnicity of each student. By using this system we also count <br />the number of new students introduced to the fine arts each school year. This system also shows how many students that didn't have <br />access to our program before, and can now be serviced with our program. <br />Exhibit A-1 <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />
