Approve. <br /> <br />Deferred payment loan in the maximum amount of $220,000.00 and a Community <br />Housing Development Organization administrative grant of $2,000.00 per unit for a <br />total of $8,000.00 to American Lodging for the acquisition and rehabilitation of <br />four units located at 1025 N. Spurgeon - Community Development Agency <br /> <br />2.
