Sales <br />contracts must include a disclosure about <br />lead-based paint. Buyers have up to 10 <br />days to check for lead. <br /> <br />RENOVATORS disturbing more than 2 square <br />feet of painted surfaces have to give you <br />this pamphlet before starting work. <br />
