<br />The City will provide a central site for GFOA for all requirements definition and validation <br />sessions. <br /> <br />Phase II <br /> <br />The proposal assumes that no more than three vendors/vendor teams will be short-listed for <br />product demonstrations. <br /> <br />One GFOA staff member will attend a maximum of three product demonstrations of up to 4 days <br />per product. The demonstrations will be held over consecutive weeks to maintain continuity in <br />the evaluation process. <br /> <br />Phase IV <br /> <br />The City will hold an on-site Discovery session for the two vendors elevated for negotiations <br />after the software demonstrations. One GFOA staff member will attend a maximum of two <br />Discovery sessions lasting one day each. The discovery sessions will be held on consecutive <br />days to maintain continuity and reduce travel costs for GFOA staff. <br /> <br />Proposed Timeline <br /> <br />GFOA anticipates a seven.month engagement, lasting from July 2006 through January 2007. The following timeline <br />is a suggested based upon our current understanding of the City's needs.
