The contract for animal food is designed to provide quality products <br />at significant savings based on quantity pricing. <br />On June 17, 2003, the City Council awarded a contract to Midway City Feed <br />Company for a two-year period with provision for two, one-year renewals. <br />The vendor has agreed to renew the contract; however the vendor has <br />requested an eight percent increase due to increases from the animal food <br />manufacturers.
